Payment Methods ThermaPAK.com uses Google Checkout to process all orders. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and many checking accounts. Unfortunately, paper checks and money orders are not accepted at this time. ThermaPAK.com does not have access to your credit card information, and is not responsible for any breaches of Google's security.
Shipping Methods ThermaPAK.com uses FedEx Express and FedEx Ground to ensure delivery of your order. Available services are calculated based upon your postal code entered at checkout.
Sales Tax California sales tax is charged to all orders shipping to California.
Product Returns Because we are committed to customer satisfaction, we offer the following 15 day return policy. If, within 15 days of your purchase, you are not completely satisfied, you can return any unused products purchased from ThermaPAK for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling. If, within 15 days of your purchase, you are not completely satisfied, you can return any used products purchased from ThermaPAK for a refund of the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee and shipping and handling. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received. Items that have been visibly altered or damaged are not eligible for refunds. Once we receive the returned item(s), your money will be refunded in the same way you made payment. ThermaPAK.com is not responsible for any item lost or damaged during return shipment. All returns MUST be pre-authorized. To return any item, please login to your account and initiate an RMA request. Items without a valid preauthorization will not be accepted for return.
